I’ve been working in production for over a decade, and I’ve really honed my skills, particularly in a few areas that I believe are the most important to successful production work.
I am extremely comfortable in high-stress situations, focusing my energy on the plan (or adjusting the plan), and keeping a calm exterior.
I am also extremely passionate about process and documentation, especially in the face of ambiguity. At Macy's, I was frequently chosen to go into uncharted territory, and not only figure out how to get the job done, but also document it so that others had a path in the future.
Finally, I target my communication, and I feel that relationship building and knowing my audience really helps me get things done, especially on a big, multi-team project.

Kate is not only an extraordinary leader, but also extremely passionate about operations and efficiency. She has led ops teams including our account managers, project managers, and design producers. With 12 years of experience in operations, and 8 of those in leadership, she builds major programs for companies that push results, while maintaining positive morale on a hard-working, high-performing team.
She and I worked closely together during our time at Apple. Kate was incredibly instrumental in producing amazing ad campaigns (some of which had never been done before) for major clients such as Verizon. Working cross-functionally, she ensured a seamless workflow that ultimately lead to larger YOY investments from our clients.
Kate was my direct manager @Macys.com. She was not only a supportive manager but she was also great mentor. She took time week after week to give me advice and feedback on my work. She provided me challenging projects to help me grow in my desired career path. Her mastery of process and project management was an incredible asset to have on the team and the time I spent on her time is invaluable.
